Lutrine is an invite-only service that files job applications on your behalf. This page says what it stores and why.

Last updated 20 October 2026

What we store

Your profile, the resumes you upload and the ones we tailor, the answers you give to application questions, the applications and runs the service performs for you, and screenshots taken during those runs. All of it is stored under your account and is visible only to you.

Your mailbox

If you connect a Gmail account, Lutrine holds a read-only token and uses it for one purpose: finding the security-code emails that employers send after you submit an application. It does not read, send or delete other mail. You can disconnect it at any time from Settings, which deletes the token.

Portal accounts

When an employer portal needs an account, Lutrine creates one with your email address and a generated password, stored encrypted. Sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank details and passport numbers are never filled or stored.

Who sees your data

Data is processed by the infrastructure Lutrine runs on (Supabase, Fly.io, Maritime, Vercel) and by Anthropic, whose models draft and tailor text from the information you provide. Nothing is sold or shared with recruiters, data brokers or advertisers.

Deleting your data

Email the support address shown on the Google consent screen and your account, files and connections are removed.
